Avocado Dressing
1 avocado
½ lemon juiced (small)
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons coconut milk
Salt & pepper
½ cup fresh basil
Method
Blend in a food processor or a blender
you can add as much olive oil or coconut milk to get the consistency you want, just be sure to add a little at a time
