Healthy Homemade Berry Jam
HOMEMADE JAM in 60 seconds!
Toss 1 cup of your favorite berries into a blender
Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds & a tsp of honey.
Blend, pour into a jar & put in the fridge overnight. The chia seeds create a jelly like texture to the sweet berries & honey.
Easy and best of all no artificial sweeteners and pectin free!
